Krampus Rage Overview

Krampus Rage is an in-game item that, when used, fires a 4-way brimstone laser in all cardinal directions, dealing a significant amount of damage to any enemies. The laser does not scale with your damage stat, but it has the potential to deal up to 462 damage if it makes contact for the whole duration.

Unlocking Krampus Rage

To unlock the Krampus Rage item, players need to defeat Krampus. Krampus can be unlocked by taking 20 devil deal items throughout the game.

Effectiveness in Combat

Positioning plays a crucial role in maximizing the damage output of Krampus Rage. By getting close to an enemy with a large hitbox, you can hit it with two of the laser beams, allowing you to deal a significantly higher amount of damage.

Afterbirth Expansion

In the Afterbirth expansion, Krampus Rage has a 50% chance to rotate like Krampus' spinning attack, with a 25% chance for each direction. This adds an element of unpredictability to its usage in combat.
